My wife took this photo. I look decent. So, decent.

I was born at an early age. As a baby, I was rocketed to Earth in the hopes I would gain powers and abilities far beyond those of mortal man. So far, not so good.

I love movies, making playlists, raspberry vodka mixed with raspberry tea, and KISS((They’re rock and roll superheroes, c’mon!)). I’ve spent most of my professional life as a writer.

For the last decade, I’ve worked in marketing at Horizon Hobby as a writer/editor, managing print publications, video scripts, and helping brand the coolest radio control products on the planet.

In 2014, I published my children’s book, Goodnight Princess. You can also read my non-children’s book, the noir-tinged fumetti The Beautiful Kill. This year, my goal is to complete my short story and essay collection titled Captured Ghosts.

Through my writing, I tell personal stories and explore ideas about being a parent, my favorite sports, marketing and promotion, pop culture, and other such shenanigans. Any opinions expressed by me are entirely my own unless otherwise indicated. I never speak for my employer, my friends, my family, or you.

I don’t have time to have a newsletter.

Today I live with my beautiful and talented wife, two incredible step-daughters, and Rocco, the cutest Teddy Bear dog in the world. I cheer way too loud for the St. Louis Cardinals, support University of Illinois athletics, and continue to look for the next big adventure.

Be seeing you.
